Hey! Here I go again. This time, I have something exciting to share.
We just came home from Pangasinan. Okay, so we arrived last Saturday but I was too tired to write about it. And I am still fatigued from our “journey.” We went to this place called Bolinao…it took forever to get there. Well, not forever but sitting in the crowded car for almost seven hours seemed like eternity. I have never been so restless and anxious. We went to Tara, the last town in Bolinao. You could just imagine how far we traveled. And get this, we traveled at night. So it was a bit creepy for our car was the only vehicle on the road for most of the time. We did not use the highway…the road we traveled did not have sufficient street lamps. You could feel and see the “darkness” surrounding you. We passed a lot of farmlands…and if you have seen the movie Jeepers Creepers, you would be scared too.*shivers*
That was a Thursday, the day I had my first post. As I have said that morning, we will have the beach-thing. I was not sure until my mom told me to pack my things for we are leaving in two hours. I was thrilled! Finally, a cure to my fatal boredom came. We left the house at five in the afternoon. After hours of traveling we arrived at this convent minutes past twelve. This is the place where we stayed. A convent ran by three sisters. But during our stay, only one of the missionary sisters was around. One of the postulants also assisted her. They were really very accommodating.
Another exciting thing was: we get to stay in a bahay kubo! But there is electricity…that’s a relief. *whew* Still, the “beds” were native…the type that could give you back pains. It was a good thing we brought our Air bed.
Okay, enough about the bahay kubo…now, to the beach. The resort’s name is Coco’s Beach Resort. There was no entrance fee but the rent for the cottage was a little steep. But I guess that’s okay. We were able to enjoy anyway. The tide was low when we arrived. We already walked about half a kilometer but the ocean water barely touched our knees. Another surprise came when we were about to leave, the tide became lower… There were more big rocks that could be seen. If you were there, you could have named the place Hundred Rocks…The place was actually relatively near to Alaminos…the city that houses the
The bad thing about low tides is that you can’t really swim…Just a dip in the ocean water for it was too shallow.
You think swimming in the beach is tiring? Well, at that time, we thought otherwise. We went to
When we finally got there, we were rewarded by an amazing view of the
Although there was not a hint of civilization in the falls we went to, I can guarantee that it is not dangerous. Am I not a living proof? I am here, alive and kicking. Well, not exactly kicking but writing.
Okay, so that’s the end of my second post. Hope you liked taking a little peek into the adventures I’ve been through. Wait for more posts to come.

WOW! This is my first post. What should I write about?
I really can’t think of anything. Well…today: Maundy Thursday.
We were supposed to hit the beach this morning but there was an annoying change of plans. Hmpf! “I just wanna be on the beach (sunburn)!”
I am really not sure if we would be able to push through with the beach-thing this afternoon. It’s so boring here at home. There is nothing fun to do except watch…I am sick of watching. That’s what I’ve been doing for the past week. It’s tiring, you know.
You don’t believe me?
Oh okay, so watching is not the only thing I’ve been doing that made me tired. Hay… I clean the house. As in everyday…dusting, mopping, and sweeping around. Who would not be exhausted? I like cleaning though; it is my form of exercise. What I don’t like about it is getting scratches or bruises from running around the house, doing this and that. Is it normal to get all these “wounds” from cleaning or am I simply too clumsy?
You think it’s the latter? Yeah, I think so too.
Can boredom really kill? If that’s true then this must be my thousandth life! (I am bored to death)
There’s nothing going through my head but nonsense. Is it not obvious enough? *dull laugh*I better stop writing before it gets any worse…bye for now.
See you on my next post…I do hope it would be soon.
