A love story: watch it before you judge it
I don't usually watch Filipino films but watching this one was not a mistake. That I have proven. What am I talking about? Well, it's the film called "A Love Story." Yes, I know what you are thinking...aga x angelica, no way! But hey, why don't you give it a try before you judge it? Sounds like a good idea, don't you think?
It's directed by Maryo J. Delos Reyes..I wonder if I spelled that right.;p
Imagine having 2 big stars: Aga and Maricel in one movie!
and if that is not enough, Angelica shines too. Actually, I did not think that she would do very well..but boy was i wrong. They were all good! Wait, that doesn't sound right, it's an understatement..They were GREAT!
I am not only talking about the love story. I also love the way they presented the complicated family relationship. I believe that many people can relate to this.
The love affair was also bizarre. It makes you think of what love really is. This proves that it is not only about the physical appearance. It's more of what makes you happy and what makes you feel complete. But then again, it will be selfish to think only about what is best for you.
There were also a lot of note-worthy lines and quotes. My favorite would have to be, "hindi lahat ng nagpapasaya sa atin ay tama." I couldn't agree more. (if you want to know who said this line, you'll have to watch it) In connection with this line, I most certainly loved the ending. They did not let the story end in the wrong way. They chose what is right. And this is why I think this movie is great. No matter how painful it is, choosing what is right is always the perfect choice.
Wait, I don't want to say much because I don't want to spoil it for those who haven't seen it.
So if you want to know the whole story, go and watch in the cinema house nearest you. I can almost assure you that it will be worth your time and money. (Only almost because I can't guarantee what others might think. Still, you are entitled to your own opinion and I to mine.)
piece of advice: you better watch it from the beginning, not from the middle and most certainly not from the ending parts..it might spoil the story. Watch out for the twist...remember, your assumptions can still be proven wrong. You'll know what I mean if you watch the movie!
Okay, so enough with the plugging. (they ought to pay me for publicizing this movie, even to my friends who already have bleeding ears because of my non-stop chatter about this..haha;p)

hey! guess where i am? i know you can't guess so i'll tell you. I am here at cybernook in cas, up manila. My next class will start in about fifteen minutes so i'll make this quick. I just want to say how irritated i am right now about something..make that someone. haha. my friend next to me agrees...haha;p (by the way, that friend is PJ)

i don't know what to write about. You see, i have this assignment in comm1. The task was to write an essay about something abstract and current. What am I to write about? Oh my, I am screwed. It is due tomorrow and I am still clueless. And that is why I decided to stop by my blog. Who knows? I just might come up with an idea. haha;p
So something/someone out there, please give me a sign on what to write about. I really need to get this homework done. And that is what I should be doing right now. But before I go, I would like to share my happiness..*smiles* I was able to chat with a very close friend awhile ago. We have not talked for months..that is why the "chat" made me really happy. haha;p
I hope that I would be able to see my old friend soon. I miss them big time.

I have also been talking to my block mates earlier and everybody seems to be just as lazy as i am. what is this? an epidemic that comes side by side with the suspension of classes?
oh well...i am still happy that classes have been suspended...
I do feel sorry for those who lost their homes (and in some cases, their lives) due to these typhoons and storms...
but hey, it is the suspension of classes we're talking about....
Oh, I think I ought to write about the math departmental test I had last night..
well, i don't expect to have a high grade for that one...but i guess, it was not as hard as I thought it would be...
I was just depressed because of the mistakes I only realized seconds after passing my blue book...
what's done is done. I guess I just have to do better next time. Maybe on the next test, I'll consider studying for a change...haha;p
Oh my! Is there any cure for this indolence? This has got to STOP!
waaahhhh...
and i also have an upcoming test on Friday ..i really need an inspiration.

hangover..math exams
yeah! no classes today! due to heavy rain and flooding....classes are suspended!
just what i needed after the math departmental exam last night...a break!
i am so happy right now.
obviously, i don't have much to do...well, that is until i look into my school bag and see what tons of assignments i really have! haha;p
that will come later. right now, i am enjoying a time of peace while leisurely surfing the net...with the soothing sound of rain as a background music..This is the life.
still, i am one lazy blogger...translation: i'll keep this one short ;p

i don't know how i am feeling right now. Our Math departmental exam is tomorrow night. Imagine: 5:30-7:30pm! Waahhh! I think I'll be sleepy when the hour for the test comes. I mean, you'll be in school for the whole day! Wouldn't that bore you?
oh, and another thing that I should concern myself with more is the reviewing part for the exam. We also have a test for another subject. I have not finished studying! *panic* how irresponsible of me...oh well, i guess it's gonna be a long night.
okay, i better end this because I have to go and study now. I just wish that my lazy self won't take over tonight...;p
